Guillermo's Restaurant is an eclectic restaurant located in the business district of San Antonio near the Museum Reach River walk area. We serve lunch and dinner. Counter service is from 11 am until 2 pm M-F and waiter service from 2 pm until closing. Wait service on the weekends. Guillermo's morphs into a relaxed casual five star service restaurant at 5 pm. We serve primarily Italian fare but do offer selected items that would be classified as non - Italian. All of our food attempts to culturally connect to San Antonio. Our environment goal is to be calm and relaxed however our patio is intentionally designed to be more lively with with television and for sporting events and often softer live music. Our wall decorations are intended to highlight our crooked 100 + year old homes significance and works of local artist. Greenery and plants are also a big part in creating a positive environment.

We sat in the back room ( I’m guessing party room) the server was nice but not very attentive. Maybe be fair it was on the other side of the place and she had far to go to the kitchen. When the food came the pizza was meh, not hot and very bland. Kitchen forgot the chicken in the chicken Alfredo (interesting). Half of our party had to get up and get their own drinks. Not to mention the tea was merky and old. Not a good overall experience. We used to get food here all the time . Not sure if ownership changed or what but needles to say we won’t be returning. So sad since they used to be really good

I appreciated the restaurant accommodating our large group on fairly short notice. It seems like they handle a lot of big groups. The food was good, nothing exceptional. Service was spotty with the food coming out over a period of about 10 minutes so those served first were nearly done eating by the time the last person got her meal.

Excellent friendly service, food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing. Kudos to Brianna who made dining at Guillermo's a fabulous event!!!

Ordered the deep dish pizza. It was amazing! Prices are reasonable, service was excellent! Can’t wait to return.

Went to dinner before a concert at the Tobin. Large number of customers there going as well. Food and service was great!

Our waitress was awesome!!!! Very attentive and ready to serve even though it was Mother's Day weekend. The only thing I was disappointed with was the menu. My favorite item has been removed and the menu in general was downsized.

Your waitress was very good but very slow service waiting for a good while and the weather was very windy and no alternative to move inside or get a cover to block wind

I gave Guillermo’s 4 stars but would go to 4.5 if the rating system allowed for half points. This place has a good Italian vibe with very good food. The drink menu is a little limited, but what they did serve was very good. The amenities in the place are fairly basic and not overly fancy, but you won’t go away disappointed if you like really good food, nice service, and simple ambiance. Very good place!
