    We had reservations for 4:30PM and arrived by 4:20, but weren't seated until 5:15PM because they had apparently overbooked. We've been going to Gulfstream for years for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the food this year is not as good as it used to be. My steak was stringy and a little tough, but everyone else enjoyed their meals. Service was very good considering how crowded it was.

    Our perfect fantastic Christmas Eve dinner. I had the best salmon in my life and husband's half chicken was prepared perfectly. Yummy creamed spinach and hush puppies with honey butter glaze for dipping. The perfect ending for desert for us Central plains dwellers was a marsh sunset after a long rainy day!
