    Very disappointed with our recent visit. Having informed being late for my booking by 10 minutes, was given warning to return table within 2 hours times (extremely pushy and don't care about you being late attitude). Made my booking week I. Advance and provided all the information on food requirements and occasionally but on arrival was hugely surprised there was not even a single effort made from them to make it bit memorable or special for us. In fact table was set right in the corner (upstairs), while requested to sit downstairs table arrangements. Come to food and drinks order, Absolutely rip-off and extremely average drinks, no one was even bothered to suggest/upsell any special drinks or food. Overall, end up leaving the place without mains, just had starters and left the place. Utterly pathetic rather poor service, food, atmosphere. NEVER AGAIN....

    Sushi was really good but the other food wasn’t great, I had grilled chicken from Robata grill which seemed microwaved and wasn’t fully hot. My cocktail was really generous and tasty but we where were sat right at the back in the corner so couldn’t be seen by waiters, they didn’t explain you had to tap their table light to get someone’s attention. The automatically said do we want prawn crackers and edamame before we saw the menu implying it was complimentary but it was £5 each, would’ve appreciated honesty and then would’ve selected different starters.

    Food was quite average. Prices ok. found the place very loud with loud music and Xmas parties which added to the noise level. Food nothing wow.

    Definitely recommend the food and drinks are amazing and staff are so attentive and friendly! As a coeliac dining can be difficult but they are so good at catering for this! Downstairs is a vibe too if you want to stay on and have drinks!
