   The venue is gorgeous, high ceilings and I mean HIGH ceilings, warm welcome at reception, lovely walk up three flights but offered a perfect view if the restaurant and seated at a bar looking at the north view of the city, excellent service from a terrific waitress, we enjoyed the burrata, the foccacia and a salad for a light shareable meal but next time will enjoy the house made pasta and pizza, lovely setting and delicious food!

   One of the managers has approached our table after 2 hours (I booked it a week in advance) and notified us that we have to leave within next 10min or relocate to the bar as they had another reservation. We were never notified about any limits and were literaly in the middle of our meals. Disgusting customer service... the guy agreed that it wasn't really reasonable however reinforced the request. Also, same eve, we specifically came around 5 to catch few happy hour deals that are advertised on Thursdays until 6 on their website. The server has notified us that happy hour has ended at 5 due to holiday season. This new rule has never been disclosed either prior to our reservation... This place just lives in it's own lalaland... 3 of us work in the neighbourhood and will never come back but will spread the word. Stay away from this eragancy and non existent customer service and dont waste your time and money. Food is great - too bad we don't care anymore... plenty of other options near by.

   Been here a handful of times and came here to celebrate husband's birthday. We loved the carpaccio and burger, the fungi pasta was lacking flavour this time around, very bland which was quite disappointing since that was our favourite dish from you guys. I also requested if you guys did anything special for birthdays in the notes but no acknowledgement of this.This was a one off but still thoroughly enjoyed the food, good service and ambiance.

   The pasta was good but a little heavy, the restaurant was so nice … they seat people pretty close together we were like next to another couple

   Ambience and vibe was amazing! Went here for my birthday and was satisfied with the candle-lit dinner. The top floor had a lot of spacing and was great at night. Would go here again for sure

   We had a great time at Gusto 501. We ordered carpaccio, baked brussel sprouts, and Pepperoni pizza from the Happy Hour menu, and Truffle Pasta and Risotto from the main menu. All meals were delicious.
