First time at Gusto. The whole experience was great. Waited maybe 10 minutes after reservation time, no biggie on Valentines weekend. Service was great, food was great, drinks were great all at fair prices. Was a smidge loud in the upstairs dining room, as their sister restaurant is below (the set up is a little funky but nothing that depletes the experience). We’ll definitely be going back!

Great place. We will almost certainly be back! Our server was especially excellent (unfortunately I can’t remember his name, but tall with a beard…). Food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. Especially the cheese cake.

Excellent food, cocktails, and ambiance. Service was good, but timing of drinks, appetizers, and main course was off. Took a long time to get our pre-dinner cocktails. One of two entrees was brought out while we were still working on the appetizers. However, our waiter was very nice and attentive, and we were given free post-dinner Limoncellos to go with our dessert, to make up for the timing goofs. This was our first time at Gusto, and overall we’re happy with our experience. We’ll definitely be return patrons.

It wasn't just a dinner, it was a dining experience on steroids! We sat the bar and had the pleasure of meeting Reeves who ushered us through multiple courses of exquisite culinary masterpieces along with the perfect pairing of cocktails and wine. It was truly a masterpiece of Italian dining wrapped in a fantastic setting with an expert guide (Reeves) leading us along a path of decadence. We will definitely return! ❤️

The food was awesome! The Amalfi pizza is well worth the hype - one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The portion size of the frito misto was large. The spaghetti amatriciana was spicy but delicious. Each of the dishes had lots of lemon which was surprising but good! The space itself is small which means you’re sitting really close to others and can easily hear their conversation. It’s loud even though it’s small. The service was somewhat slow too. It seemed like there was only one waiter for the whole restaurant. He was good but seemed to have too many tables to manage.

Gusto is a gem out here near Sloan's Lake. We picked this restaurant first for their menu, then location, then were thrilled to learn they are a sister restaurant in the ChoLon group (which also happens to have a location next door). The Italian wine selection was good (and it was nice to have the help of our waiter guide us through the many appellations), the cocktails were well done and not overly fussy and the menu balances between shared plates and some entree size portions. The restaurant is cozy and even though it is a little limited in size, you can feel like you get a private seating area whether on a date or in a group. It was a very cold night outside and the breeze was noticeable even at our booth at the back of the restaurant... but hey, we live in Colorado (vestibule?). All of our food was excellent, from the Wagyu meatballs to the house favorite lasagna... the gnocchi was probably our most talked about dish. An excellent meal with great food, service, location, design, drinks and friends. We'll be back and you should go!
