Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar offers guests a taste of Fieri’s signature cuisine. It features bold flavors and unique twists on traditional dishes. Open Sunday through Thursday 10am until 11pm. Friday and Saturday from 10am until 11:30pm. The restaurant offers a delicious food menu including an extensive variety of burgers, wings, tacos, small bites and shareable food items.

The 6,500 square-foot space boasts a large outdoor patio and dining area with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. The cooking space features a metal, tile, and wood theme that closely resembles Fieri’s kitchen at home. Fieri’s tattoos are also incorporated as part of the design elements throughout the restaurant and bar, including coasters, napkins and dishware, as well as memorabilia from his alma mater, UNLV.

We were pleasantly surprised by the good food. We were not sure if this was going to be another mediocre restaurant that has a celebrity’s name linked to it. We first stopped for lunch. Split the Kobe burger…..wow it was one of the best burgers we’ve had in a long time! Returned for dinner. Hubby had the ribs…again, flavor was amazing and ribs were tender, getting his approval says a lot. I had the Italian salad. Salads are huge and plentiful! I would recommend Guy Fieri’s establishments! Pricing… well i would say industry standard for Las Vegas. Go, try and enjoy for yourself!

I can't remember being so disappointed in a restaurant. We spent $25 each for a dining experience that was to include a shot for each person, the best table in the house and meeting with the ambassador of flavortown. When we arrived we were shown to a table that was shoved in a back corner against a wall and windows which would have been nice if they had not added extra chairs to a tables on the other 2 sides. We had to turn sidewase to get to the table and slide into the table. We said that was not going to work. We were moved to another table and it took the service 10 mins to great us and said the shots were coming. 10 minutes later the shots were delivered and we placed the order. The waiter said with our experience the chef would bring our food. 15 minutes later the waiter brought the food and said the chef was busy with paperwork and walked away. The next time we saw the server he gave us the bill. We had a burger, a beer and an order of nachos. The burger was OK but the nachos were missing cheese, the sour cream had concealed and there was so much barbecue sauce on the pork the chips had turned to mush. We paid the bill and left a 20% tip which came to $105. In all we paid $155 for a burger, beer, not good nachos, 2 shots of tequila. The previous night we went to the Top of the World. We had 2 coxktails, a bottle of wine, 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 3 sides and spent $320 (including 25% tip) or just over twice for far more food, liquor and far superior service.

The food was over cooked and dry,it wasn’t even hot when we got our food. The area is to small for some customers

My son became very sick after eating is hamburger. He made a comment that it didn't taste right. My food was average/decent and we were very hungry. But my son is sure it was his illness was from the food. He spend the night in the bathroom.

Food was ok- our friends dining with us said the New York location was better. Also- we were allowed to make a late reservation at 11pm. But the restaurant started sending messages through text and open table at 10pm that table was ready. They allowed an 11pm reservation even though they closed at 11:30- so we felt rushed

The service was great along w our amazing waitress! Even though it was busy we never felt rush. Their ice cream is great BTW.

The nachos were fantastic. We also ordered the Kobe burger and it was okay but soggy from the sauce on the bottom of the bun. The drinks were also subpar. It was fine but just very underwhelming for the price and what you expect for a celebrity chef restaurant. Was on par with like an outback or Applebee's type meal.
