Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar offers guests a taste of Fieri’s signature cuisine. It features bold flavors and unique twists on traditional dishes. Open Sunday through Thursday 10am until 11pm. Friday and Saturday from 10am until 11:30pm. The restaurant offers a delicious food menu including an extensive variety of burgers, wings, tacos, small bites and shareable food items.

The 6,500 square-foot space boasts a large outdoor patio and dining area with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip. The cooking space features a metal, tile, and wood theme that closely resembles Fieri’s kitchen at home. Fieri’s tattoos are also incorporated as part of the design elements throughout the restaurant and bar, including coasters, napkins and dishware, as well as memorabilia from his alma mater, UNLV.

                                                        Our server (Rachel) was friendly and helpful, she recommended the kobe beef burger and she wasn't wrong. The Bacon Mac N Cheese burger was so rich and delicious, and the custom veggie burger was great too! Serving 3 different styles of fries was a nice touch, the seasoning had a sweetness that stood out in a good way. All 3 of us enjoyed every bite!

                                                        We felt like the entire vacay was a waste after several subpar meals. As frequent travelers we had already planned to spend $150/meal for our family of 3 because Vegas in general is pricey. However, we didn’t expect to be left unsatisfied after spending that amount for each meal. Things were so bad at other highly recommended spots that we initially canceled our reservation to Guy’s, which was sad because the Burger was the deciding factor in my husband selecting a Christmas vacay destination as he was determined to get the burger to see how it compared to the Guy Fieri burgers on Carnival cruise ships (which they threaten you with a $250 fine if you to sneak one off the ship). After trying to visit a different restaurant that closed early we decided to give Guy Fieri’s a try and we are so happy we did. The burgers were delicious and definitely worth the price (we paid extra for an additional patty since we removed most of the toppings). The fries taste like lays Barbecue chips and the wings were really good as well. The server was very kind and attentive as were the other servers. Our kiddo loved the Mac n cheese.

                                                        Guy Fieris at the Linq is a great spot! We come here every month for dinner when we are in town. Great service and food plus their outside seating is great for people watching. We had the trash can nachos and the corn cheese dip, outstanding!

                                                        Ordered the corn queso appetizer and it was great but 2 minutes after it came out they brought out the ribs, we refused them, and 15 minutes later when we were ready for them they tasted like they had been under a heat lamp and not fresh! Guess they were in a hurry to get us back out to the casino floor!

                                                        The food was not good and drinks were over priced. I had the NY strip. It was tough and dry. Hubby had the pasta. The noodles were over cooked. We had the brookie for dessert. The brownie was burnt on the bottom.
