   Everything we tried was outstanding!!! The service was TOP! A little bit too noisy, it was quite challenging to maintain the conversation--maybe some noise reducer panels could help. But please keep up with the great food and service! :)

   The food was great and our server Kevin was also great. The reason for my slightly lower rating was that I had a reservation on Saturday night at 5:30 and my girlfriend and I were seated in the way back of the restaurant where we were literally right next to the kitchen. It was not crowded yet so why would we be sat in what I consider the worst spot in the restaurant like we were being hidden away. So this aspect rubbed me the wrong way for date night with my girlfriend. Also, there was a man that looked like a manager asking people how they were doing and if they were enjoying their meal. He asked people at the table near us and walked away to another table without saying. Word to us.

   I checked on for reservations for 4 at 9:00pm on a Saturday night. The system informed me that there were 5 slots available at 9:15-9:30. Since we were across the street, I decided to simply walk-in. The hostess informed me that they only had availability at the bar. So, off to the bar we went. There was an open table for 4 behind our seats at the bar and I asked the bartender about it. He said he would check with the hostess and we were quickly shown to the table. Though the hostess was bad, I would like to thank and recommend the Bartender, Manager, and General Manager of the establishment. who all went above and beyond to display fantastic levels of customer service. Upon trying to understand what occurred with the hostess, I was informed that she would be held accountable for her poor customer service. Also, the hummus and almond cake are TOP NOTCH!

   This was my second visit to Gypsy Kitchen, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it a great spot for a night out. Our waiter, Andrew, was excellent—very helpful throughout the dinner, offering great recommendations from cocktails to dessert. We revisited some of our favorites, and they did not disappoint. The hummus is amazing (pro tip: order an extra piece of pita bread). The potato dish and pork shoulder were equally delicious, packed with great flavors. For dessert, we tried the pear tart, which had more of an apple pie texture than a traditional tart, but it was still enjoyable. I also had an Old Fashioned, which was well-made and a great way to round out the meal. Overall, a great experience once again. Highly recommend this spot for excellent food, drinks, and service!
