It was the wonderful experience it always is. We celebrated our 25th Anniversary with the kids. The kitchen had some technical difficulties since opening but the team overcame the obstacles and made our time together most enjoyable. We dined in our favorite spot. Maria, Mike & Gio are the loveliest staff and we are grateful to all their warmth and attention to our family 💯

Celebrating a friend’s birthday who was enjoying the restaurant for the first time. Everything was awesome from start to finish. Great food, great service. Abbey (who was my server on a previous visit) helped the two newbies navigate the menus and recommended best dishes to start with. Made us all feel special. Luis was helpful and prompt in checking on our table, refills and new plates. Definitely will return very soon.

The waiter just take the credit card and never ask for the % of the tip and choose the expensive one even the service wasn’t good and never polite! So sad it was my favorite place for bbq

This was my second time dining at the Beverly Hills location. I’ll be reluctant to return anytime soon. Our first experience here was fun but the worn and sticky condition of the restaurant left me with a disappointing impression., We came back to give it a second chance to celebrate a birthday with an out of town visitor. I noted both the birthday and guest with a request for a comfortable, nice, more private table in my reservation request. We were dining early enough that the restaurant wasn’t very busy yet and seemingly could accommodate the request. Upon arrival we were taken to a table that was in the larger open section of the restaurant, I was slightly disappointed that it wasn’t in the quieter, darker more secluded section and no mention of the celebrating of a birthday was made at all. The restaurant seating was worn and holey, the sauce bottles at the table leaked and were sticky so my hands were a sticky mess just preparing for the meal. It took quite a while before we were acknowledged and brought water. Our server was pleasant and friendly. We were a party of 5 and ordered a set course for the 5 of us. The food was mostly good. Salad, soup, rice dish plentiful and tasty, not necessarily amazing. Meat courses were filling, we even brought some home because we couldn’t finish it all. Meat cuts & sizes were somewhat inconsistent which is tough when there are 5 people and 5 pieces of meat, someone gets a smallish piece while someone else gets a larger one. Oddly, when it came to the shrimp, there were only 4 pieces. Couldn’t get a coherent answer about the number of pieces of shrimp not matching the number of guests. Worst of all, out of 10 pieces of fillet, two were just bad-tasted terrible like they were off/spoiled. I told the server and the response was that they “told the kitchen.” No offer to replace or compensate for the unpalatable pieces. For the price of our meal I would expect more in service, ambience, quality and integrity.
