Four out of six attendees never experience Japanese barbecue before. This was a wonderful introduction to this style of restaurant. All four said that they would definitely return.

Overall not bad I’ve had better experiences at other Gyu Kaku locations in terms of the quality of the food as well as how fast it came out but the server was very nice overall not a bad place for a good night

Bad experience every time I was there never good I go there just because it close to my house . Probably never go back again

I will never go back to this place again. The attendant made undue charges on my gift card that she kept for payment. I called her myself to show that my balance did not match the amount she brought for payment and she denied that she made any extra charges. She even took my second card to charge the TIP because she argued that she could not charge TIP on a gift card. Even though she knew she had charged. I realized her dishonest attitude and decided not to give any more TIP, that's when she charged amounts that were not allowed and even changed the final amount of the bill after I left the restaurant. I will take the necessary measures to correct this dishonest act.

Tried the chef’s choice BBQ for 2, so glad we did. Everything was delicious, plenty of food and very fresh. Service was prompt and friendly, Axel took care of us. Would 100% go back and 100% recommend.
