Honestly I’ve loved every time I’ve eaten at Gyu-Kaku, except this was my first time at this location and the staff was so rude. The manager was very kind and really did make an effort to help us out but our waiter made us feel dumb, rushed, and couldn’t help but show every bit of frustration he had each time we asked for anything. The cherry creek location was much better. Maybe the waiter was having a bad day but he didn’t have to do us like that :(

I’ve been in before with great service, my brother had not been in yet. I was a bit disappointed in our waitress, she kept forgetting on our table and took quite a while to come check on us or bring our food and bill. We didn’t get refills of water. Luckily my brother and I had quite a bit to talk about, but when she finally came back she apologized about 4 times for again, forgetting on our table. It was still enjoyable but our waitress was slackin a bit.

So much fun to cook some of your own food- and so delicious. We chose a group package and the food was never ending! The service was great- the staff is super kind and helpful. This will be a go to for sure.

This was our first time eating here. Service provided by Q was excellent. Food came at a good pace so we weren’t overwhelmed with a lot of dishes at any given time. It was a very good experience! Thank you!

Hi, there, me and my husband ate here. He had never tried something like this. We had the most amazing experience. I will definitely be going back there. Our waiter Tamir was excellent. Very respectful,clean and knowledgeable of the food and how everything worked. He was just a joy. And not to forget about the other wait staff working that day, a young lady and another young man. They were all so helpful and courteous. The way they all jumped right in to help one another was wonderful, I applaud them. Thank you we had a great experience😊

Took my sister’s family and dad to celebrate my brother in laws new job. The manager and server were so kind to my niece and nephew and really made the experience so special for them (the manager noticed my nephew’s Naruto headband and made sure to bring him his Naruto ramen out himself which he thought was so cool!). The food was amazing and we had a great time. Perfect afternoon to celebrate a happy occasion. I am also a vegetarian and their spicy cold tofu and beyond bibambap are top notch!

We had an amazing time our waiter named Q did an awesome job. We recommend order the meat lovers meal, you get several cuts of meat and at the end you get to make s’mores. Delicious!!
