I made a reservation and I was seated on time. I was immediately greeted by the manager and welcomed to the restaurant. Soon, there after our a server came to the table, introduced himself and quickly brought us drinks. Throughout the entire meal of service was second to none. Although the restaurant was busy, it was clear every employee was hustling and doing their very best to take care of every customer. The food was delicious and the experience was well worth visiting this restaurant. Although it appeared, the manager was younger in years. It seemed like his staff respected him, and responded to his desire to bring a great experience to every customer in the restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique experience.

Horrible experience. Our server was unattentive except to push us to order "a lot at once" as the kitchen was slow- which resulted in us not receiving half of what we DID order and several items we didnt want. Asked for a fork and when our server hadn't stopped back by after 20mins had to track down another server to bring us one. Meat was fatty. Grill was on so high our food charred. Just overall bad experience especially given the amount of money spent. We wont be back.

Great food options. so easy to order to much so its best to try one thing at a time. ramen and bibbibamp are one of the best ive had.

The restaurant was obviously busy for a Saturday night but our appetizer came out cold and it took forever to get our food. Waiters left used dishes on our table without taking them for at least 20-30 minutes. The usual considerate things like leaving us extra tongs or making sure we had bowls to split the salad was missing. The restaurant seemed poorly run at best. Quality of food was fine but seemed inconsistent with the prices that they are charging. We have been to this location at least 5-6 times before but it was never this bad.

Our first time here. We could tell the server was being trained. Jacob did a great job of overseeing and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a good experience and good food. Definitely coming back for the ambience and uniqueness.

I like this place and will return, but the service is always soooooooo sloooooow. Flavors of the food are great. The meat is never too fatty. The spicy cucumbers are delicious. I really do like this place, I just wish they staffed better.
