DO NOT GO HERE (unless you are willing to wait 2+hours for a portion of your meal) The service was horrible! This place is SEVERELY understaffed. Although our waiter was nice, he was overworked and overwhelmed. We had reservations for my mother’s birthday dinner and I regret coming here and ruining her special day. It took us 1 hour to only receive appetizers. We grew extremely impatient and decided to leave without receiving the rest of our meals, let alone dessert for the birthday girl. We were incorrectly charged a Gyu-Kanu feast when we ordered Yakiniku Party with additional sides. Yes, the waiter did discount the meal, but discounted the wrong selection for our group. We only noticed after we had left, still feeling hungry and extremely upset. I’m so disappointed in our experience on my mother’s birthday, I will never go back or ever recommend this location.

Service was poor. We had to ask staff to take our order and search for them throughout the meal. No instructions or butter on the grill either. Meat was burning.

We had the pleasure of the manager serving us last night. Everything we had was excellent. In my opinion, this is the best of the locations in NY. The quality of meat is better and they are very generous. The skirt steak and whatever they use to marinade it was unreal. Highly recommend.
