I have eaten Gyu Kaku several several times in Japan. Loved this place with my wife and kids. Amazing server and every thing was just like Japan except they don’t have whiskey for highball- Still - don’t care. Loved the place. Do not go to the other location, especially with a large group. Use this Dr Phillips location!

Felt peaceful and inviting. Not too busy for a Saturday night for having reservations. Food was amazing. House cold sake was refreshing. Definitely coming back.

It’s our second time and we LOVEDDD our experience! We got the same server as last time, Charisimer (I believe that’s how you spell it), she was as lovely as ever! The food was delicious and so were the desserts. Very very amazing experience for our anniversary. :)

Literally the food was amazing for the price, the thing I didn’t like was that the waitress chasing us down the exit because we didn’t tip…. I know the culture for tipping but I think chasing a client to force a tip isn’t professional, I myself needed that money for my uber to ride home.
