The service was slow and manager not making sense at all. Missing seasoning bottles and asked for them. Waited for 30 mins. Bean supposed to be served at the beginning but winded up to serve at the end. Asked for garlic slice and been told by the manger that she will charge 2.5 dollar for tiny bit of slice garlic. She didn’t want to explain and kinda of rude.

**Disappointing Experience** Our visit with a party of nine was frustrating from start to finish. The menu was overwhelming with no clear guidance, and staff provided little help beyond vague instructions like "cook it for 3 minutes." Orders were mixed up and served family-style, creating problems for those with allergies, and several items—like shrimp and dessert—never arrived. Service was inattentive, with long waits for drinks and dirty plates left on the table even after dessert. To make matters worse, two of our four checks had billing errors, including a $38 overcharge. While the restaurant’s concept is promising, the poor execution, lack of organization, and inattentive service made this visit incredibly disappointing. We cannot recommend it.

Japanese yakiniku and Korean BBQ may seem similar, but they’re actually quite different. Setting aside which is better, as a Japanese person, I sometimes get an irresistible craving for Japanese-style yakiniku. In those moments, Gyu-Kaku reminds me of the flavors I grew up with in Japan. The key difference between Japanese and Korean styles is, without a doubt, the sauce. This time, too, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
