Wasn’t a good experience they were out of beer tab and were short staffed when we got there at the end one staff member that wasn’t our waiter was very helpful but other then that wasn’t a great experience

You cook most of your own food, so any bad cookery is your fault. The quality of meat is exceptional, we treated ourselves to the wagu 🤤 Ambience of the restaurant is great and service exceptional with knowledgeable staff who can discuss options with you where needed

Second time I’ve had issue with the same waiter I had. He sat us down at a table with a grill that didn’t work that well and warned us. And said try it anyways. Then when we asked to move, he looked annoyed. He does not have good customer service. And just we had to ask numerous times for the same things until we finally got it. Overall, I love this restaurant this waiter needs training.

Service was slow and we had to wait 5 min before someone even talked to us to sit us down. We did have a reservation and they were not busy at all. Another table was yelling and screaming like maniacs and none of the employees did or said anything. The music was too low and it was too dead. The environment wasn’t good at all like some other locations. Food was ok and the employees were nice, but they didn’t have forks for half our meal. That’s ridiculous since I wanted to eat with one. Completely unacceptable. Not going back to this location ever again and the Beverly Hills location is often times worse than this one so skip that one too. The company doesn’t care about its customers.

Everything was wonderful, food quality and quantity was very good, servers were always available and we never had to wait too long for our orders. I highly recommend the beef toro and duck breasts~

Horrible experience. The tables were filthy, menus as well. Untouchable. Hostess and waitress were extremely rude. We left before even ordering.

Food was consistent with the chain’s quality— but service was very bad. The server forgot to bring us multiple items I requested, and waited 25 minutes after ordering to receive any part of our order… which was miso soup. It was also a quiet night so was very surprised by this.

Love the chain- poor service at this location. Barely came by the table to have us order anything else and we had a reservation but we didn’t get a table until 20 min after
