   It was a slower Wednesday night, so there were only a few tables in the dining room. The food was incredible! Their chef has done a wonderful job with the menu. My server, Brian, was an absolute GEM! His knowledge of the menu was top tier and I never had an empty glass. 10/10.

   We went here for my wife's birthday with her family and were very excited. Unfortunately the service was terrible. Our reservation was at 7:45PM and it took us 3 hours to get our food. There was 5 of us. The food was very good and cooked very well. It was just hard to balance that against such bad service. We had 3 different floor managers come check on us throughout the night because our plates were empty, no water, no silverware. After 2 hours I finally spoke with a manager and she made things happen in no time. She probably checked on us every 10 minutes for the last hour which we appreciated. 3 hours. $600. No discount for terrible service. Will not be returning unfortunately.

   The overall dining experience was disappointing. The lamb shank and ribeye lacked flavor and was just downright awful, and the service was horrible though it appeared there was only one server managing the entire dining room, which is unacceptable for a busy Valentine’s Day weekend. While I understand the current economic climate, the staffing level negatively impacted the experience. On a positive note, the restaurant’s ambiance and drinks were enjoyable. However, the overall experience did not meet expectations.

   We had a wonderful evening sitting outdoors. Perfect weather played a role in that, but the beauty of the location and the exceptional service made it even better. The food was fantastic, as was the wine/bourbon menu. Maybe a little overpriced, but well worth it for the environment. Will most certainly go back and highly recommend. Just bring your big boy wallet.

   Really good ambiance, with the exterior patio offering great views and unique seating. Dining in the bar area will provide excellent views and direct access to the patio as well. Red the menu carefully and ask questions...or you might pay $32 for Duck and Dumplings (actually large gnocchi) and end up eating a $32 bowl of soup with a little bit of duck meat. Lamb loin was quite tasty, and the duck soup wasn't bad at all - but paying over $30 for a basic bowl of soup certainly wasn't the expectation. Staff was excellent - they seemed to have found the perfect balance of attention without being intrusive. We will go again and NOT order a bowl of soup! I did let the staff know that the menu didn't say soup and that it seemed odd that I would be the first one to be surprised; thus would have expected to have had it pointed out when ordering. I'm not cheap, just haven't ever dreamed of ordering soup at that price....

    Food was presented very well, but was just meh. It’s a shame because the ambience and hotel are so cool, and if the food matched the hotel, it would really be a great culinary experience.
