   After reading all the positive reviews. I decided to book for Valentines Day. I booked a reservation mid-January for 8:30pm, the reservation indicated a 15 min grace period if late. I arrived at 8:35pm checked in with the host and was asked to have a seat in the waiting area. At 9:03pm I realized that everyone that arrived after us and walk ins were being seated, I approached the host and asked how much longer for my table she then said” Oh let me check you in” the same hostess that had asked me to have a seat and wait. There was no apologizing. I thought to myself okay its fine its Valentines Day they are busy and have a lot going on for them. When I was finally seated my waiter was very nice initially. The food was not worth the price. Yes, it was a very cute and aesthetic plate but not good food nor worth the price. After my food was served my waiter was nowhere to be seen. I was later able to see him from a distance just chatting with other waiters. All I needed was another drink and utensils I kept on asking waiters that were passing by for the items that I needed and for the bill! After this experience I would not give this place a chance for any other of my special occasions.

   Ambience was amazing, drinks were good, guacamole needed more seasoning, steak tacos were good, shrimp empanadas had too much cheese and flavor was missing.

    We came to celebrate a birthday and the venue was stunning and they gave the birthday girl a tiara and sash to make her feel extra special. Once seated that’s when the experience went down hill from there. The server was extremely short and dismissive to our needs in addition to that she was being prejudice towards our entire party. We spoke to management and they apologized on behalf of the server but it did not change the experience that we had.
