   You have to be quick to book, one week in advance , use of an app to book or get help! Basic drinks but prune juice free and one of us paid for salad + bar and that was plenty Portions on small side but recommend Sirloin steak sliced Marinated chicken Fish Balls Try four different broths to cook Def wear the aprons and order noodles Use the ladies bathrooms..extra toiletries great plus heated toilet seat! Yip! 😜👍

   Absolutely fantastic experience. It was our first time going to Hot Pot and the staff took their time to explain without making us feel like we're dumb - it was more so celebrating that we were willing to try it out! The service was outstanding, kind and more than thoughtful. From explaining how it worked, how long to cook the food, going through the broths, all the way down to having mouth wash and sanitary towels in the bathroom (which also had heated seats!) We didn't feel rushed and my partner was given a birthday crown, birthday bag and fruit platter with a candle for his birthday - they were very understanding about him not wanting them to sing but they double checked in case he changed his mind later in the meal but did it with kind caution. They have an option for you to order noodles that are made with a display by a chef by your table which looks amazing & we totally recommend getting this! The prices were very reasonable & at the end they don't pressure or even give the option to tip, I had to ask if she could put it on the bill for me! Everyone from the moment we walked in to the moment we left were lovely, smiling and welcoming and I can't wait to go back again. :)

   Service is one of the best in London I experienced so far. Lovely stuff, well organised. They literally supply everything you need and you might need. Food was also fresh and decent portion sizes.

   Loved it! The food was amazing like always and the service was also great. I went there for my birthday and had a great time! They sang me happy birthday and even gave me a nice mug as a gift! Thank you Hadiliao♥️

   Their price is too high. They automatically will charge you 12.5% service fee. Service is not as expected. They forgot to give me drink until I remind. I do not think I will come back any more.

   Honestly this place never fails to amaze me and this is the second time I've gone to this restaurant and it was truly such a great experience, the service and the food are on par with excellence
