   We stopped in at Hamilton’s for a quick dinner and it was fantastic! The service was excellent along with the food and cocktails. Of course the steaks are great but you have to try the pork belly appetizer!!

   Service was very good— a little slower service than I’d prefer, but Meredith and other staff members were friendly and attentive the entire time so it was worth it. We were celebrating our five year anniversary— multiple staff members wished us a happy anniversary and our dessert was comped… what a nice touch!! Pork belly app was delicious. Bone-in ribeye was well-seasoned, a little under temperature we ordered (med rare) but it was cooked nicely and fat was rendered so we ate it and very much enjoyed it. Mac and cheese with lobster addition was good but next time I would probably leave off the lobster, it was tasty enough without it. And the seasonal veg (braised kale with sweet potato) was excellent. Bourbon bread pudding was the highlight of the meal, so so good!! We will definitely be back!

   This was the perfect place to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was outstanding! I'm usually a steak person but decided to try their double-cut pork chop and I'm so glad I did. It was cooked perfectly and very juicy. I also enjoyed a wedge salad and glazed carrots on the side. Husband got a steak and baked potato, both of which he was happy with. Our server was knowledgeable about the food and drink menus and was attentive, but didn't hover. One thing I noticed is that guests have space between tables, and aren't packed in elbow to elbow. It's clear the atmosphere and comfort of the guests is just as important as the food. Overall, dining at Hamilton's was a delight from beginning to end, and next time we're in St. Louis, we will be back.

   1st time here and it was awesome. Everything from the bread, drinks, apps, steaks, and dessert’s were fantastic. For appetizers we had the scallops and the pork belly. Both were lights out. We both had the filet and it was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend adding the sauces and the butter trio. Our server and the atmosphere was great. This is a new favorite spot in STL.

   We have come here for all of our special occasions. The steaks were under seasoned, everything else was great. Just a little disappointed.

   First time eating there. It was wonderful! Had the scallops and split the porterhouse with mushrooms. Both were best we have ever had! We will back!!

    Went for anniversary dinner. Food, service was exceptional. It was on Halloween, Thursday. It was very quiet. Jim, our service went out of his way to tend to wife's food allergies. Would recommend to anyone who is a steak lover but would inform them of the cost.
