Le nom Hapa vient d'un terme hawaïen qui décrit un mélange harmonieux des cultures asiatiques et américaines. Comme son nom, la nourriture reflète cette combinaison dynamique. Le restaurant propose une cuisine qui adhère aux principes de la cuisine japonaise traditionnelle pour ensuite les faire évoluer ou les conjuguer aux influences d'autres styles de cuisine et en faire des créations totalement nouvelles : des créations Hapa. Hapa a étendu les limites de la créativité pour développer des plats qui défient les règles, tout en restant fidèle à leurs racines. We visit at least two times per month and the service is always impeccable and the sushi tastes fresh and amazing. I love how there are so many new items to try now as well.

We’d love it. It’s extremely great but just a little bit overpriced. Shouldn’t have to pay $22 for a sushi roll.

Total disrespect for the guests on February 14. The tables were placed so close that it seemed like a mockery to me. There was a big crush of people, noise, and it was impossible to feel comfortable when you were sitting too close to strangers. I used to love this place, but after this I reconsidered my views on this restaurant. Total disrespect and lust for money on this day. Shame. I just left without even placing an order

Overall the experience was amazing. It was packed and loud and the food was amazing. If you are looking for a quiet date night on a Saturday evening then this would not be the place.
