Le nom Hapa est dérivé du terme hawaïen qui décrit un mélange harmonieux de cultures asiatiques et américaines. Comme son nom, sa nourriture reflète cette combinaison dynamique. Le menu est basé sur les principes fondamentaux de cuisson traditionnelle japonaise qui sont ensuite amplifiés ou mélangés à des influences de différents styles de cuisine jusqu'à ce qu'ils deviennent complètement nouveau: ils sont Hapa. Had a resi for v day. We got there and our table wasn’t ready for 20 minutes, but we got a drink at the bar and they brought us complimentary gyoza :) was a nice time. Server was not punctual about coming around but the restaurant was packed so I totally understand. Food sheets slaps here and the prices aren’t bad. Used to go to Sushi Sasa for dates and occasions but they closed so Hapa is a great option!

Had a res for 7:15, got seated at 7:45. I get it’s Valentine’s Day but the managers running that place should be able to handle a busy night without delaying reservations by 30 minutes. I think the managers are just incompetent. Sushi was mid, not any better than anywhere else not any worse than anywhere else. Wouldn’t go back.

I always pick Hapa sushi cuz I know I'm going to get good service reasonably priced sushi. And I wasn't disappointed again.

This experience was less than the standard we've seen from Hapa in the past. The sushi was okay when it's normally good to amazing. The service was less than and just lacked care.

Great place for sushi one of the best places I’ve had. Service was slightly slow (took approximately 20-25 minutes for server to get our drink order). The atmosphere was good but super quiet. When making a reservation it may ask if you’re celebrating a special occasion and I would leave it blank as they don’t look at that. Overall it was good except the long wait.

We had a great experience. Been going every year we come out for Blackhawks and avalanche games and love the people. There are the food and experience.
