I have eaten at this restaurant many, many times and always reviewed it as 5*. Unfortunately, today was a disappointment. -The service wasn't great, very rushed and half hearted. -We asked for a starter of wings to be served with our main course and it never came. -My daughter's meal came wrong and she had to wait ages for the correct one to be brought. -No sauces etc were offered until we asked (which took ages as our server was serving so many other tables). By the time we had sauces my husband had finished his meal. -The chips were hard and cold. -Drinks were empty and we had to keep looking and chasing to order more. -Music wasn't even good for a Hard Rock Cafe. I was in Orlando last week and that cafe nailed it! It just didn't feel as organised as usual despite not being full. Maybe staff shortage? I wasn't wowed today and feel rather sad as it's always so good. I wont be rushing back

Waiter wasn’t listening when taking our order down, looking around the rest of the room. Came back 15 minutes later to ask what our order was. Then 5 year old dinner came out incorrectly and she had to wait 15 mins for her dinner whilst the rest of the family waited. They then added service charge, even when questioning what is was, waiter then ask if I wanted the change.. of course I did. Food was decent, but our made the whole thing experience terrible, couldn’t care attitude.

Was great years ago. Now crowded, expensive, and the once unique decor is now very ordinary. Food very much over sauced.

Looking forward to a nice experience for my Godson however service was far below average, food was OK but kids menu was overpriced for what was provided. I would certainly think twice about returning.

The service was really good explained everything clearly Service was quick Food was hot and tasty (could of been a few more chips) Charging for extra sauce on a £136 bill was a but crap tbh! I made a special request when i booked and nothing was done so a bit dissapointed about that tbh. Last year we went to hardrock new york and they made the effort,shame you lot didnt at all. Next year ill have to visit else where.

Great meal and experience at HRC. Staff were friendly and helpful, always checking you had everything you needed. The restaurant was at capacity and very vibrant as there were a lot of birthday parties who received the traditional birthday song adding to the fun of the evening.
