   Had a wonderful time ,very good service and very generous with portion sizes. Only thing that let it down unfortunately was the toilets,they were very messy with toilet paper all over the floor and toilet paper holder kept falling down on me when I was on the toilet which was very annoying and didn't leave me very much room in toilet area. They need to be checked more often . As it's a treat to go to hard rock cafe, and that side of it was not great

   We arrived on time for our booking and were asked to wait - which is fine, and not unusual for a busy restaurant. We were then given a buzzer and the guy told us “we’re just waiting for the 5:45 bookings and if they dont show we will release the 6pm bookings”. It had just turned 6 and we waited another 15 minutes during which we watched numerous people come in and be guided straight downstairs for a table. When we were eventually buzzed, we went to our table and there were numerous empty tables around us. Service was ok, our server seemed more interested in chatting with colleagues than taking our order but overall not too unhappy. The bright spot was the price. A starter, 2 main courses and a few soft drinks for £90. When we left we went round the corner to a nice cafe with lots of pastries etc for dessert. A tea, hot chocolate and lemon meringue pie for one, £42. Yes its central london, but demonstrates what good value the Hard Rock actually is.

   We knew that with it being Valentine’s Day it would be busy, so even though we were eating early we booked a table, so it was frustrating to arrive and find that there was a pager system in place, though the wait was fortunately only 20 minutes. The staff in the shop were chatty and friendly which helped the wait go by quicker. Once we were seating the staff were friendly and helpful. We were seated in a booth (looked like a little bunker) which was comfortable and had plenty of space for the two of us. The food was amazing, and was pretty decent value for how much there was and how good it tasted. My 10 year old daughter was thrilled with it and has been begging me to take her back again.

   Booked to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and Valentine’s Day. My daughter was there with her boyfriend. His words: Staff food and atmosphere really nice and relaxing. They made a fuss of my girlfriend singing happy birthday and brought us lovely ice cream.
