We really enjoyed everything…once we were in. We came to the front desk without a booking. Asked if they had room for a table for 3 and were told ‘no - fully booked’. We immediately went to book a table online and within 10 minutes we were seated and could clearly see there were more spaces in the dining area. So the lady on the front desk has cost them a 5 star review.

Very nice and helpful staff. Food was excellent. Ok, the price of the menu was expensive. But it is in London.

Great food. Great atmosphere. Very filling! Had a booth at the end which was a nice surprise. You have to visit!

Even though booking was made, table was delayed. Staff friendly but non attentive, visited our table 3 times. Then charged 12.5% service. Food was poor. My dish was cold but didn’t have time to get it redone as we’d already waited long enough. One of our party ordered a pizza flatbread which looked awful. Kids meal was ok although overpriced. This was meant to come with a toy but they’d run out. Not informed before ordering. The restaurant looks great but our experience wasn’t!

We were probably sat at the worst table in the restaurant, very claustrophobic and wedge against a wall. Asked if we could be moved but we were told no availability (even though there were empty tables for our entire stay). Unfortunately, food was of a poor state compared to other Hard Rock restaurants. Steak - flavourless, nachos very limey, fajitas wraps dry around the edges and a small amount of over cooked meat. If you are like us and like trying all the different Hard Rocks World wide, I would visit this one with an edge of caution - or better still go to Park Lane.

First timers. Apart from the short wait to get in, it was a great experience. The team seem super happy and friendly. The food beat us but was lovely! Great atmosphere.

I was sceptical about whether this Hard Rock would compare well to the original, but it turns out it does! Good value too, as other places have got more expensive Hard Rock is now ok value.
