Abbiamo preso i miniburger sia con il pollo fritto che con la carne macinata, ma da non riprendere perché troppo alta la carne in entrambi i casi e il bacon invece che essere sottile era spesso e alto. La cheesecake la volevamo prendere, ma non è stato possibile perché era per forza da prendere con la copertura ai lamponi. Prezzi alti e cibo che rinviene.

Das essen war top, der service war sehr schlecht. Mussten lange auf bedinung warten, hatte rips und wurde nicht mal zum händeputzen etwas gegeben, die WCs bei den Damen wahren alle nass und unbrauchbar.

Unfortunately food not of the usual international hard rock standards. Burger was tasteless, cheese rather cold and fries were stale and old.

The food was shocking. The Leo Messi chicken burger was very over cooked and dry that I sent it back immediately. The chicken fajitas were also over cooked and dry with only 4 wraps per portion. The waiters almost ignored us and we had to go to the bar to ask for the bill. But the drinks were nice. I was in the Lisbon Hard Rock a month before, a far better experience on all fronts.

We both ordered the chicken fajitas. The chicken was bland and unseasoned. It was cold (you’d expect sizzling hot) and the peppers and onions were raw. The presentation of the meal also left a lot to be desired. The guacamole was brown and frankly the sides did not look at all appetising. We also ordered a side of fries which came well before the fajitas and were cold. For over 100€ we were really expecting more.

Dined here over the weekend and wasn’t busy at all, staff were rather slow at coming over to serve us. Asked for my burger to be well done and had blood coming out the sides and was making my chips all soggy. Wasn’t a very good experience overall and gutted as been to Hard Rock Cafe before and been great.

Pessima gestione. Era previsto un concerto Live e par causa dello sciopero dei mezzi (così ci è stato detto) è stato annullato senza nessun tipo di preavviso. Pertanto, visto che il motivo di recarci all'hard rock cafè era quello del concerto tanto decantato sui social, abbiamo deciso di andare a cenare altrove!! Visto però che nella prenotazione sono richiesti la mail, il cellulare e quant'altro, considerato che siete niente po' po' di meno che "l'Hard Rock Cafè", prendete quantomeno in considerazione l'ipotesi di inviare una comunicazione dell'annullamento dell'evento.
