   We had a poor service experience. I think with two better waiters we would have really enjoyed ourselves. They weren’t real interested in working or having a real bad day. We didn’t complain to the manager but he came over to check on us twice because he could see what was happening. Food was good.

   We had a great time with our family at Harry's. My kids (teens) were excited about all the different steak options and the giant cotton candy we were given at the end! Would definitely recommend. Service and food were great!

   After 20 years as a patron, I can honestly say this was our worst experience ever. So disappointing. Managers and wait staff did not seem to be concerned that they missed three items that were ordered and on the (preliminary) check. Not an I’m sorry or how can we fix this etc… One guest could not wait for the table side ice cream, not a mention or delivery.

   We visited during a very busy holiday week. I must say the ambience was very very nice and the restaurant and views are absolutely beautiful. Initially, the service was very good. Several of us ordered steaks and they were perfectly cooked and delicious. Also, the bread was amazing. My husband ordered the lobster which was overcooked and was not served with butter so in retrospect, he would have ordered the steak instead. Overall, it was a very good experience and probably would’ve been amazing if we had been during a time when they were not as busy.

   Certainly a wonderful experience. Expect the bill to be a little more than you imagined. Service was excellent and they have plenty of wait staff to cover your needs.

    We love Harry’s! We make sure to eat there every time we are in Cancun. The food, drinks and service are the best!
