We had 80 mins to eat because it was a “busy night” when it was mostly busy at the bar. By the time we ordered starter, they rushed us to order main too and literally 5 mins later the waiter came back saying “the food was made faster, shall I serve it now?” While already having it behind him. Then they took our starters away WHILE I was eating cause there wasn’t “space” on the table as if it was my fault. From start to finish we ordered and ate in 31 mins. But of course when I asked for the bill as the atmosphere and vibe wasn’t it, they seemed more interested in us ordering dessert all of a sudden cause of course customers are cash cow and time didn’t matter if we could spend a bit more. I normally don’t review but I definitely wouldn’t recommends

The staff were brilliant throughout and went the extra mile to make our celebration meal special. Unfortunately one of the dishes served was a little on the cool side and there was a mix up on a couple of the mains but the staff took off the cost of the dishes from the final bill and I'd say that everyone enjoyed the food overall.

Food was good but service was poor and in general the staff are arrogant and borderline rude and condescending. Was told that I needed to vacate the table and that there was a 2 hour time limit which is not disclosed when you book it is in the fine print at the bottom of the email this should be stated upfront when making the booking. Regardless I was asked to vacate the table before the 2 hour period and was told that they had held it off as long as possible..

I had a great night in Harry's the food was amazing and the service perfect and friendly Silvio looked after us and he was kind e professional. The food was perfect we tried different dishes and all of them was nice and super tasty I definitely raccomand and I ll be back soon

waiter brought wrong dish friend. Ate her whole dish before my meal came no sorry or comp a drink or anything. it was hard for waiter to understand us….

Good food, cosy. Tables a little close together but that would be the only thing. Nice bar to sit and wait for friends. Friendly staff.

Firstly our meal and service at the table was absolutely fantastic. Mattas was our server, and he was fantastic, knowledgable about the menu and very friendly, and the gentleman who helped us with the wine choice was also fabulous. Our food was hot, fresh and tasted fantastic. The sea bass was beautiful. Mashed potatoes were very tasty. The only thing that let the service down was waiting at the bar for our table to be ready. There were 3 bartenders and they all stayed extremely busy making drinks coming through the service till for the tables. There were only 6 of us at the bar, and no one acknowledged us. There was a gentleman clearing glasses from surrounding tables who saw us, acknowledged us and got someone to serve us. It didn’t take forever, but a good 8 or 9 minutes waiting at the bar without anyone even looking at you, or bringing you a menu is a long time. We found menus ourselves after a good 5 minutes further down the bar. The drinks we ended up getting were fantastic though. The bar is beautiful so it’s a shame that it isn’t serviced in a way to pop in and enjoy a couple drinks. Overall we had a great night, and if back in Victoria would go back.

Slow service, brought different parts of our main course at different times, overall a less memorable experience which is disappointing given the proximity of your location
