The food (lots of choices), service, ambiance was fantastic i was there with a team from work and everyone was impressed. will definitely be coming back.

Disappointing.. over priced for the small amount of time allowed to eat! Noisiest restaurant to eat at! With the limited time available to eat .. this was just over the top. We had a booking at 5pm.. took nealy 30 mins in the FAST lane to get to our table. Then we were shoed out just after 7. We did not get the full 2 hours eating as expected.. we have a booking of 12 and nearly half did not get to eat dessert as we were told to leave. The staff started cleaning up around and under us and stood over us waiting for us to move out. There was an expectation of a 2hr window to eat.. yet we had to line up for nearly 30 mins just to get in. The guy at the entrance was serving those of us who booked and those who had just turned up.. one person on the front desk was ridiculous With the money spent per person , everyone was Disappointed in the amount of time allocated of just of 1.5 hours to sit down and eat. Very noisy.. tables are close together. You can hear what the people behind you are saying but not the people on the other side of your table There are better places available to eat that are not so noisy and where you get more bang for your buck!

We had an exceptional waitress named Sylvia who provided exceptional service and was a great communicator. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I would recommend her for a promotion. We had a double birthday celebration and we did not have any cake or anything celebratory. We have visited other buffets and hotels and we have always been provided with a cake (can be small). Maybe think of this in future to take into consideration. We had family who had travelled from out of Sydney.

As a coeliac I was delighted to see the range of clearly labelled gluten free foods which made this a most enjoyable and worry free lunch time dining experience for me. The choices were excellent. I am most appreciative for this. Thankyou!

Good variety but priced higher than I would expect for the selection of food we had. For those with food allergies or intolerances it would have been helpful to have a guide on the meal label to help you identify whether the food had gluten, dairy etc. It was hard to get service to ask questions, so I had to go with a limited selection of food. The 1.5 hour time limit was not long enough for the elderly guests we had with us. Wait staff for our table were helpful and very friendly

The dessert buffet was fantastic!! I'm a sweet tooth so the chocolate fountain made my day. I'm not sure if the rest of the food is worth the high entry price, but we went for a special occasion. The wait staff are helpful, constantly clearing your plates so you have room for more. It's a shame you only have a 1.5h limit, it would be nice to have the full two hours to eat.

The food was just as good as I was informed it would be. I will be back some day with out hesitation. Highly recommend any one to the Harvest Buffet.
