   Had birthday celebration with $60 prix fixe menu. Appetizers & service were great. Entrees awful. Chicken tough, beef stringy… portions small . Would not do prix fixe again.

   I had a lovely birthday celebration at Havana Central 🥳 The food, service, and ambiance were amazing! We received a warm welcome upon our arrival. We enjoyed our delicious food and drinks while listening to the live music. My family and I were very pleased and will definitely be back!

   We went for my wife’s birthday. Everything was very good. Sat at the bar for some sangria’s and our table was ready early. Food was good and service was great.

   We made last minute reservations and were accommodated. Walter was our waiter and he was wonderful. Top notch service.

   We drove over an hour to visit this restaurant. While the waitress was nice the staff never brought out one of our appetizers and an item was missing from one of our meals. Also we asked for a medium steak and got it very very well done. The rest of the meals were just okay. I also requested during booking reservation that the staff sing happy birthday to my wife which they never did. Needless to say I don’t think I would return here.

   I made a reservation weeks in advance for February 14th dinner. My party arrived on time for the reservation. I checked us in and was told there is a wait time. A customer overheard and asked “even for a reservation?” The front desk greeter stated “yes”. If there is still a wait time, then why even take reservations? The lovely greeter then stated “I’m sorry. The restaurant overbooked.” I told her to cancel my reservation and left to another restaurant. I will visit this restaurant again because I do love the food and ambience but Havana Central should be more mindful/considerate of their customers.

   Went for Valentines dinner and didn’t expect that the restaurant was only serving pre-determined and limited menu that day. I didn’t know about it until the waiter came to us after we were seated at our table. Not informed about it when we made the reservation. The service was super slow I have to call the waiter a few times to follow up on our orders. The prices were jacked up by about 16% and the waiter added 20% tip on my bill without asking me. The food was okay.. but the overall dining experience at Havana central was lousy.

   The prix fix menu does not provide traditional Cuban food and is way too expensive for what is offered and not as tasty. We arrived during happy hour and the price advertised at the table was not valid nor was it honored by the server when pointed out. The information at the table publicizing the happy hour should be removed and updated. I believe the server should have honored the incorrect printed information. In addition when I requested a stronger drink, the server recommended a separate shot if tequila and forgot to mention that it was at a cost. As a frequent customer I believe I should be reimbursed for the difference paid for the drinks based on what was advertised and for the tequila shot.
