Welcome to Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge, where celebrated Chef Brian Malarkey and his brother James bring a slice of their Central Oregon ranching heritage to Bend. Our 'modern cowboy' restaurant & bar with its wood-fired oven, semi-private canvas tent dining, and a vibrant outdoor patio, perfectly embodies Oregon's majestic outdoors.

Our menu, deeply rooted in ranch-to-plate traditions, showcases beef & produce from our nearby Tumalo ranch. With an onsite butcher shop and smoker, we utilize every part of the animal, delivering high-quality steaks and inventive dishes at friendly prices. Favorites include our Happy Hour Texas Toast Smash Burger, Whole Snapper and Beef Tongue Tostadas, all to be enjoyed alongside cocktails, mocktails local beers, and PNW wines.

Hawkeye & Huckleberry Lounge also serves as a dynamic venue for private events, from intimate dinners to grand celebrations. Join us for a dining experience that celebrates the culinary heritage of Central Oregon.

We had a fantastic night at Hawkeye and Huckleberry. From the moment we walked in, until we departed, every detail was seen and addressed. We had a large party (including kiddos and an infant) and they saw that all our needs and wants were taken to. We had a marvelous time and experience and will recommend and suggest for all.

Wonderful service and great food! Our first time eat out on a Thanksgiving and it was a great experience. Our large party was in one of the tents, so it was cozy and quiet. Everyone was super attentive and accommodating. Thank you Hawk & Huck! (PS…excellent wine selection 🍾)

I brought my 3 boys for Thanksgiving dinner and the entire experience was amazing, and beyond expectations. Food selection and quality were magazine-worthy. The ambiance was happy and festive. The music was 90’s country - which is my favorite. It was completely filled but it didn’t feel like it. The service was top-notch, and the bill made it all worth it. I’d been there a few times before and I have yet to have any disappointments. I am so pleased we have a place like Hawk & Huck in Bend. It’s a must for those living here or visiting!

Wow so Thanksgiving dinner was unbelievably delicious!!! Service is beyond attentive by all the staff. They definitely work as a team. We loved it so much we booked a table for Dec 24th for 11 family members-Gloria

I had a fabulous time at Thanksgiving at Hawkeye and Huckleberry. I showed up by myself (my partner could not make it.) And was treated with a great time. The turkey was divine, the prime rib au jus was the best I've ever had and my servers Westley and co were just wonderful. Might be my new favorite restaurant in Bend. Thank you for making a tough day really lovely. Also loved the music selection.

They always do an awesome job. We went for Thanksgiving. They opened at 2pm. Would be nice if the fire pit outside was fired up at 1:45pm for some warmth. But once the doors opened, they seated everyone quickly. Food was fantastic. They were even very kind to box up our pie slices to go as we were too full to eat them right after dinner. Everyone was very friendly and in a festive mood. I totally recommend them for dinner and for Thanksgiving. We'll be back.

The ambiance was interesting, in an odd way. Kind of Disneyland-ish, eclectic, not sophisticated at all. The food was okay. Not even close to the caliber of what you pay for it though. 4 of us split 2 apps, 3 entrees and 2 desserts. Each had one drink. With the tip it was $370!! I’m in no rush to go back.

Celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary here and couldn’t have been more pleased. Our server, Amandra was delightful. We tried all of her favorite suggestions and every one was to die for. We were already making plans for our return visit before we even left. I can not recommend this place enough…we will definitely be back. Soon!
