Just had an awesome night out & really can’t fault it. As ever the food was amazing, but I have to say the service was off the scale! Well done to all concerned but particularly our server Sylvester who went beyond expectations. It’s not cheap, but we feel it was really good value for money & we will be there again very soon.

Enjoyable as usual. Ferghal a superb host. Steak delicious but over cooked.

Service was a bit stale, no smile or a friendly face when we arrived or by our waiter once seated. It was my friends 40th birthday and they did ask when we checked in but it was meant to be a surprise so I was expecting to have a celebration token at the end of the meal, which spoiled the surprise treat for her at the end. We finished mains and were told we couldn’t have dessert as they needed the table back. We had the table for 2 hours but had to wait 30 mins for mains so it wasn’t our fault they didn’t provide enough time for a full meal service. It’s a shame as the food was great, but service and organisation lacking.

Good location plus good menu for non meat eaters like me. Service was not as fine dining shall we say but good enough b just a bit chaotic. But a positive experience

Absolutely fantastic!!! Will comeback again. The staff was excellent and so was the food. Truly amazing experience!!!

Definitely going down hill. Have been coming since you started and it’s not the same. Front desk was cold, food was cold, wanted to say - but no one asked. We were hungry and seated 20 mins late. You need to up your game. Couple from US next to us and they were far from impressed. Embarrassing as they were told Hawksmoor was the place to come. And they ere from Pittsburg not NYC.

I serve of roast beef was overcooked and included the end part of roast with fat and gristle. Other 2 serves were ok. Roast potatoes too hard. Yorkshire pudding was good. Generous sized portions

Pretty sure Yorkshire pudding was burnt. Noticed all the tables had the same problem. For the value, I expected to be wowed. It was an okay Sunday roast. I started with a server, but she never came after taking my order rather the rest of the team came by to check up on me. There were 2 gentleman that came by and asked periodically if I was doing well or if I needed anything. Sticky toffee pudding was drowned in the sauce. No big deal, wish I asked for it on the side and having the option of adding the desired amount. Ordered oysters some of it was gritty. I would recommend to others if they wanted a nice environment, but the value didn’t match up with my expectations. Personally, I wouldn’t return for a Sunday roast. I also don’t understand the service charge and when this started. It feels wrong to tell a server to remove it and to be frank, it should be an option not automatic.
