    Had a lovely evening. Food was excellent and the manager Alex looked after us really well. Steak was delicious as were the chips. Would defo go back for another steak!

    Went here with extremely high expectations regarding their steak and it was as good as advertised! Food was outstanding and the venue was incredible!

    As I already explained to the manager, the food offered to my wife, who is coeliac, was quite inadequate. I cannot still believe that a prestigious restaurant had no gluten free bread or rolls in stock, meaning my wife had to forego having even a burger. The type of potato listed as an option on your menu, which my wife requested,, turned out not to be on the menu at all. She was offered a salad, which turned out to be multiple leaves of lettuce. Was it stretching expectations to hope that some tomatoes, cucumber and possibly peppers might have been included? The range of gluten free dishes on offer was disappointingly limited. All in all, I detected a distinct lack of preparedness and even imagination in catering for a customer with a food allergy. We will not be rushing back.
