   Poor people management from security personnel during crowd control. Having one personnel to scan ID created an unnecessary back log and queue build up. People where left in the rain.

   When we arrived we were intensly searched - the place was derelict and earie, I had to search for staff to see where I was meant to be seated. There was no vegan options, the food was greasy and tasteless, everything was overpriced and I would have left to get some decent food if I hadn't been made to pay £40 to hold the table which was unnecessary considering we were the only ones there when we arrived! Cocktails were good and the women working there were lovely and helpful. The aesthetic was good but lacked attention to detail (christmas decorations left in dusty looking palm tree and bits of wall decor hanging off) and has been left unfinished. Definite room for improvement, could be a nice spot when finished and polished.

   I booked a table for 3 and paid £60 and the waiter refused to deduct this amount from my total bill and I wonder what the £60 was for, please can you kindly request for a refund of my |£60?

   Security are extremely aggressive and hostile, staff are rude and stressed, would not recommend.

   We had so much fun, a very nice place to cool off at night. We are visiting soon. Everything was perfect for us.

   The outside of the restaurant is a dump. There was big industrial bins right at the entrances. Going in the front looked liked a building site and then when we got in despite booking the restaurant, I was given the garden lounge. The seats here had cigarette burns and looked tacky. Staff were just seated doing nothing. I was finally allowed into the restaurant which was slightly better. The DJ was the highlight of the day. The food when it came was burnt so all in all, a really horrible outing. Looks nothing like what I saw on instagram.

   Atmosphere was nice and had potential however I was very disappointed with our night. We were sat under a huge speaker which was so loud and could not hear eachother talk. We were told we couldn’t move as no other tables were free despite a table behind us being free from the moment we came til we left (over 4 hours) and that they would not turn down the music even slightly due to a birthday party at the other end of the room. Not ideal considering we were there to have dinner and drinks for a birthday ourselves. Our food order came incorrect three times despite us waiting almost 50 minutes it, with one person not eating till almost an hour and a half after we had placed our initial order. For the price of everything I’d expect the service to be a lot better as I waited almost 25 minutes for a £5 glass of pineapple juice and would regularly have to walk over to waiters to get their attention and order drinks. I will not be returning to Hayatt I found it an extremely disappointing evening.

    Had a booking for 3 people at 6pm however Hayatt did not open until 7pm so we was waiting for a whole hour.
