Welcome to Hazelwood Food and Drink in St. Louis Park. A modern New American restaurant serving modern comfort food with a family feel in a bright and contemporary interior with a scratch kitchen that offers wonderful dishes from our rotisserie and wood burning pizza oven, everyone is sure to find a new favorite!     I have been a loyal customer of all of the Nova restaurants for years. A few of them since the day they opened. I can honestly say that I have never had a meal that I disliked. The meal I had this evening was an exception to that. I ordered the new walleye bowl, as did another person in our group per my recommendation. It sounded so good on the menu. It’s always fun to see new items! What a disappointment it turned out to be! The walleye was tiny & greasy scraps that neither looked or tasted like walleye. The entree was very small, tiny portions of everything & left us hungry! At a cost of almost $20, how can we go away still hungry? What a shame! What is happening to Hazelwood? In all of the years that I have been a frequent customer at all of your businesses ( Tav 4&5 a favorite & Hazelwood in Tonka bay) I think this is a first that I didn’t ask for a take home container & was still hungry!!!! I realize that the cost of food has gone up a great deal, but the ingredients in this dish, rice, fried skinny wontons, for example are minimal cost ingredients. Please! Do better!!

    Great food. Slow service. I don’t know if our server just had too many tables or what. We were celebrating a birthday and had to wait almost ten minutes just for water. Server would leave again before we could order an appetizer. Waited almost twenty minutes for our check to be picked up.

    Food was good but not outstanding for the price we paid. Would have expected a bit more flavor in my steak. Hash browns were phenomenal.

    Princess was great. Worked with her a couple times now. Great both times. Food is solid with good flavors.

    My only reason for not rating higher is both parking lots were completely full. 12:30 reservation. I had to park a block away from Hazelwood. Server said “it happens” I frequent this restaurant often, have never seen anything like this.
