   It’s was a vibe our server was horrible we ordered drinks and got them like a hour later when people who was seated after us was walking up to the bar order drinks and got them before us I don’t know if it was because I ask her to tell the bartender to wash his hands because I worked In food service for 10 years so I kind of understand that it was a busy night he was fixing drinks touching the like the fruit with his hands putting it in the cup and also touching money when people come to the bar to cash out and not washing his hands other then that the food was great it’s definitely a vibe

   It was a nice idea and great atmosphere. The bartender and waitresses were very friendly. However, the food took forever to come out even with a limited menu. Many couples left before the fourth course arrived. I would consider going again but patience is REQUIRED!!!!

   We had a reservation for 8pm. We got there and led upstairs, we were told by the waitress that would couldn’t be sitting until all of the reservations were there, which was totally fine. We did not sit in our seats until 8:34pm. The waitress took our order. It took a long time to get our starters and soups, the gumbo was delicious but not hot enough. The chicken wings was mid. The shrimp was mushy. We ended up leaving because it took way too long to receive the rest of our food. The waitress was very apologetic but the kitchen service was way too slow. We were conversing with other customers and they were also upset but the service.

   The setting of the place was very romantic and nice for Valentine's Day and enjoyed taking my fiance here. But the service was terrible, we waited almost 1 hour just for our starter and our soups, our waitress was nowhere to be found when we needed them. For the price of the entrees I wasn't impressed at all. I personally had the Surf and turf and specifically ask for my meat to be well done just for it to come back pink as a pig🤢I could keep going but the other reviews on here speak for themselves. Also our meals together were close to $300 with a 20% service fee on top of an extra tip???? I will not be revisiting for the food but rather the vibe of the establishment.

   I’m all for a service fee but the automated 18-22% after you swipe option is a bit ridiculous. Most places have an automated +2 thru +5 $$$ when a service fee is already included. The entertainment fee was a bit ridiculous as well, why am I paying for a DJ being there when the playlist they had on prior to his arrival was already great. Food was great | Service was great | and the ambiance was great. Everything was great until we saw $50+ added in fees for a bill that should have been $80

   I really enjoyed the food and our waitress was excellent. There were extra fees. We were charged $5/person for the DJ and we only overlapped his time by maybe 30 minutes. We were charged 20% service charge for the house to split. Then we still had to tip our waitress. So for 2 people we paid $40 extra for fees not including the tip. Just something to anticipate if you visit.

   This is my 2nd time going to Headquarters and will definitely be my last. I understand that it was the Super Bowl, but my first time was a horrible experience as well. Where do I start: I had a confirmed 5pm reservation held with a credit card; did not get in until 6pm. They literally closed the door on the entire line of patrons waiting outside IN THE RAIN. We all had reservations. Once inside; we waited almost 2 hours before our food came out. After our food came out; our waitress informed us we were approaching 90 minutes and would need to leave or buy a bottle. The food was mediocre at best and the bar was out of almost everything. No Bourbon, the whisky selection was down to Jack Daniels, only Vodka was Tito’s and no Michelob. The up charges are so out of line; entertainment fee, included gratuity fee and a host of other fees. The owners were there but never acknowledged anything; didn’t apologize for the wait, having patrons waiting outside in the rain, nothing at all. The place was simply overbooked and was understaffed. They were clearly not ready for the superbowl but as I previously stated; my first experience was similar however I wanted to give them another chance. Never again. The service is horrible, food is mediocre and the fees and charges are outrageous.

   Our server Deja was AMAZING! So sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. The music was rolling, the food was so good, and I only had one drink but that one drink was EVERYTHING!!!! Definitely check them out and I love their older location so I knew this one would be fire.
