Service was great. We asked to be moved to a smaller table and we were when one opened up. Server was patient with our slow decision making. It is extemely loud. Food was good

My husband and I made reservations for Valentine's and when we arrived after the hostesses asked our names, they had a silent chat and told us we'd have to wait for 15 minutes so we sat at the bar awaiting them to get our table ready. Nearly 45 minutes later (after my husband asked twice about our reservation) we were seated at the smallest table available. Then our appetizer was cold. The waitress was so wonderful and replaced the appetizer for us. Next came our soup/salad. I ordered the beet salad, it wasn't a beet salad, it was a spinach salad. I pointed this out to a gentleman who stated he was a manager and all he did was laugh. There were beets, but, you had to look for them. The main dishes and dessert were perfect. At the end of our meal after my husband had already paid, another manager came to us and said he would pay for the drinks my husband had ordered. Little late as the bill was already paid. I am not certain we will return to this location as overall it was a mediocre experience.

We went during a busy time so it was noisy but I would imagine when they are less busy it is an easy noise level. Food was great!

Our waiter was so nice but seemed to be overworked as he was the only one waiting tables. My pasta was okay- too garlicy for me and not enough veggies. Bread service is delicious! I would have loved to try the tuna tacos. Maybe next time.

I feel lucky to have ended up at Hearsay in my first night in town. I dined alone, but didn’t feel like a sore thumb. The host and waiter were friendly and welcoming. The coffee is excellent. I had the salmon for dinner and it was tasty; from the fish itself to the grilled vegetables. I don’t know that you can go wrong here.

Great food and drink selection. It was pretty loud and the parking garage costs $30 but the food and ambience were worth it.

This place was just OK at best. More of a bar, but even the drink wasn’t great. Watermelon Chile with literally no watermelon, not even watermelon syrup. I sent it back for $13. A $15 hotdog that I’m sure came out of a gas station. Calamari was lukewarm and not crispy ; salad was good. Prices were downtown Houston inflated. Closest parking was $30. Good location from the theater, which is why we selected it, but probably won’t be going back anytime soon..
