Unfortunately we were informed that 4 main course options were unavailable AFTER we’d tried to order them?! Surely we should have been made aware of this once handed the menus? There were no other options offered either! The service was especially slow on bringing one glass of red wine which I had to ask about several times! I would have expected better than this & although not particularly full the noise levels in the restaurant were very loud & not deadened at all by soft furnishings.

Beef Wellington is very nice, but the service is not as good, we came first but the next table is served with water before us, order was also taken before us. Forgot my fries, etc.

Have eaten here numeorus times and this was the first bad experience. Seated next to large bar birthday party upstairs. Much too loud to have a conversation at our table. Hostess offered to move us to a corner farther away from the crowd and assured they would be leaving soon and the room would quiet down a bit. We moved and the party didn’t leave. Still there when we departed. If that was the only problem it would have been okay. We love the chicken wing appetizer and ordered those abs the meatballs as starters. Both delivered cold and the meat ball sauce tasted as if it was left on to cook too long. Main courses arrived with missing items for 4 of the 7 in our group. The mushy peas served with the fish and chips were ice cold. Waited :30 plus minutes for a bottle of wine. The manager was gracious and acknowledged the issues but it was not the meal experience we were expecting. First time we have been let down at a Ramsay establishment.

Did the kitchen table experience which was good fun with great food. Enjoyed having the chefs come over and explain the food. Our waiter Andres looked after us and was great. Made my daughters birthday extra special

What an absolute rip-off. I wonder if Gordon Ramsey knows how terrible this place is. The waiter literally forgot everything we asked for, and the prices on this menu are an absolute joke - I had the lamb sandwich or Idiot as it’s called - can see why. Completely tasteless and soggy. The poke bowl was like a prepared lunch salad from co-op. I can only assume that it’s so busy because of the location and the clientele are mostly tourists . Barely worthy 1 star and £185 to boot. Do not dine here!

The service was disappointing, we expected more from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant I was served a glass of flat champagne that was sent back. We had to chase up our drinks and our food took a long time to arrive and one never came (but we were charged). We were not able to order dessert as we had to leave for the theatre but we would’ve done if the food had been brought sooner. The food was good though. It was busy and lively but pretty noisy. The wine glass measures of 125mls is stingy (and expensive).

We had a lovely time, food was perfect and drinks. I would particularly like to commend our Waitress who went above and beyond expectations particularly towards my 16 month Granddaughter.

Overall was a great experience. One detracting factor was being served red wine in a white wine glass which I had to ask to be corrected. Service was otherwise amazing. Would highly recommend.

the service was a bit lacking as the staff seem to be overwhelmed and not v attentive to ur need as we needed to wait quite a while before they came to ask. Food: Beef Wellington: wait more than 40mins but when served it was hardly warm. A bit of disappointment w the quality. Sauce wise: 3/5 Roasted Cornfed Chicken: meat was roasted until too dry. Overall not really up to expectations
