    Second time we've been to Heirloom. Loved it both times. Very good service, thoughtful personalization, and excellent menu. Have now had the whole snapper and the lamb shank. Both delicious. The she crab soup is really tasty, and, as weird as it sounds, the wedge salad is worth getting for a starter. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food and service. Would highly recommend.

    Celebrated our engagement and the staff were unbelievably kind and generous throughout the night. The food was incredible. Phenomenal combination of flavors, perfect drinks, and finished with crème brûlée. Unforgettable evening and experience. Thank you so much Heirloom.

    We had wedge salads and crab cake entrees. The wedge salad was very good; the crab cakes themselves were very good, but they and the accompaniments came on a bed of garlic hummus that didn't work well for us. We enjoy hummus, but not clinging to crab cakes, fingerling potatoes and broccolini. The background music was too loud in our opinion, and not too conducive to a pleasant dining atmosphere. The density of the tables in our area caused conversational noise to be quite high. Perhaps a younger group won't find it objectionable.

    There are many good restaurants in Virginia Beach. And I frequently enjoy going to them. Heirloom by far is my favorite! The staff and food are consistently outstanding.
