   La experiencia en general parece un robo. Te cobran MXN 400 por adelantado por persona, pero si vas sin reserva no cobran! NO RESERVEN ES SCAM! Al llegar es un lugar normal con sillas incómodas y 0 de temática que merezca la pena. Al pedir la cuenta lo que sobra no te dejan usarlo para propina, tienes que a fuerza comprar y gastar más para luego poner la propina aparte, los chicos y el servicio bien, pero es un tourist trap

   As a HK fan I think the experience was underwhelming. It’s important to note that you need to remind the wait staff of your reservation credit which is to be applied to your bill. Mocktails are more on the dessert side as it is a frozen drink. Directions to the restaurant are not clear and it takes some time on foot to reach. Overall having had the experience it’s not a place I would return. If you’re in the area sure stop but not an extra effort to go unfortunately

   Muy bueno, nos gustó la experiencia y la temática. El área del "cenote" está un poco muy oscuro y pequeño. El servicio excelente.

   For Hello Kitty/Sanrio lovers, it's a must visit. I would love to go back again. The desserts were great. I didn't order the savory food, but I would order it to try next time I go. The servers are so friendly and accommodating. I came in excited to see the place and experience the service and I left a happy customer.

   NO GASTEN EN RESERVAR la gente llega sin reservaciones y las atienden En cambio si reservas te condicionan a gastar lo que pagaste en la reservación en consumo o souvenirs porque NO HAY REEMBOLSOS

   La comida la verdad le falta calidad. El mesero bien solo que como que se molestó porque le di 100 pesos de propina. Me pareció de muy mal gesto ver su reacción y ya ni gracias dijo sólo se retiró molesto. Mi cuento fue de $460 pesos. Porque ya tenía un depósito de la reservación

   We only had the sweets tray and it was mostly all terrible. We didn’t taste any of the food items. We were expecting more
