   Excelente servicio, calidad y sabor, lo único malo fue que nos sentaron a lado de una mesa con un niño o bebé qué se la pasó gritando y haciendo mucho ruido y eso nos hizo pasar un rato desagradable, de ahí en fuera la atención Excelente y todo increible!

   Hello Kitty concha was adorable and delish! Me & my partner also loved the chilaquiles. The tour is adorable and the atmosphere is definitely something Hello Kitty herself would approve of! Hello Kitty Lovers— this is a MUST when you are in the Coyoacan area!

   Es un gran lugar para disfrutar de una experiencia agradable, 🙂. Hello Kitty es un concepto tierno y bastante amable, las personas que trabajan ahí demuestran su profesionalismo y buena actitud hacia la clientela. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar para curios@s y fanátic@s de Hello Kitty, no se arrepentirán. Ya sea en compañía de amigos, familia o inclusive sol@.

   From the beginning the services was not good. We sat down and the waiter was rushing us to order, even though the restaurant only had a few other tables dining. The waiter seems annoyed and not happy to be there. After we placed our order the food took what felt like forever to come out, and once it finally came, most of the food was room temperature to cold. The coffee was just okay, the deserts were good however. Once you go into the hello kitty tour after your food, they tell you that you cannot record the tour. The souvenirs are overpriced and not the nicest for a hello kitty cafe/gift store. The main takeaway is all the aesthetic and decorations of the hello kitty doll. Would recommend only for the pictures and pastries!

   Linda experiencia para los chicos, la comida es buena pero las porciones son medianas y los precios altos. Sería un buen detalle regalar una rebanada de pastel a quien cumple años, como lo hacen en otros lugares incluso menos caros.

   Están muy mal organizados en cuestión de los meseros por ende uno los tiene que estar buscando. No recogen los platos y vasos aún cuando ven que ya terminaste de comer y te llevan los postres con todo y los platos anteriores de la comida . Pero muy educados llegan cuando vas a pagar para dejar propina. La experiencia para las niñas esta bien . Pero el servicio deja mucho que desear .

   A mis hijas de 4 años les gusta mucho. La comida es normal, nada del otro mundo pero el servicio es muy buena y los niños disfrutan la experiencia. Mauricio se encargó de hacer que las expectativas fueran superadas.

    The decoration is dirty and it hasn’t received maintenance. The food is fine but not delicious, good portions, enough for a breakfast. The crew is nice and the waitress was attentive. I will come back but only for a snack and the museum experience.
