Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas pulls themes from all of Gordon Ramsay’s ventures incorporating the Hell’s Kitchen show, his signature items, his fiery personality and his overall brand to deliver a unique new restaurant. In order to create the experience the outlet will focus on the famous Red and Blue kitchens, show experiences, and a prominent bar that begs you to join us for a drink.

Food had no seasoning, beef Wellington meat was cooked perfectly but pastry was not cooked and really just no flavor/seasoning. Scallops had were cooked very well but flavor combinations did not work and was very bland!! I could be super picky because I’m a chef but not a good experience and absolutely not worth the money!!! They did take off the 3 course experience from the bill so service wise that was good of them.

Food was delicious, but came out of the kitchen barely lukewarm. It was a busy Friday night so we guessed it had sat out for a while before it was brought to the table. Flavors and textures were good though.

Very much enjoyed the scallops and beef wellington!! Must have ! Drinks were amazing. It was neat seeing the red and blue open kitchen and views out of all the windows ! You won't regret it !

We had a hair in our food and the server was quick to accommodate us and offer a drink and dessert for the issue. Amazing experience regardless and recommend to anyone

Amazing food. The beef wellington was perfect, same with the sticky toffee pudding. Great cocktails too. Make reservations and get a window seat for.great people watching.

I loved the food! I would recommend everything I sampled! The lobster risotto, scallops, Mac and cheese, short rib and mushrooms were amazing! They had two cocktails on the menu. I tried both and they were delicious!
