Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas pulls themes from all of Gordon Ramsay’s ventures incorporating the Hell’s Kitchen show, his signature items, his fiery personality and his overall brand to deliver a unique new restaurant. In order to create the experience the outlet will focus on the famous Red and Blue kitchens, show experiences, and a prominent bar that begs you to join us for a drink.

While going into this experience I was looking forward to the ambiance and the greatness that is the overhyped menu items at Hells Kitchen Caesar’s. The servers were fantastic, the restaurant itself is beautiful, and the overall “vibe” of Hells Kitchen is definitely there. But when it comes to the only factor that truly matters in a place like this (the food) I was pretty disappointed. 8oz filet mignon was drier than a boot cooked “medium rare” . No salt no flavor just a $75 piece of leather. The Mac n cheese was excellent and the only dinner item worth mentioning. The free sticky toffee pudding for dessert is also a nice plus after getting reemed for a couple hundred bucks. Overall is it a restaurant you HAVE to try? Absolutely not.

Our first visit to HK was nothing short of spectacular! My son, daughter, and wife each had a meal that was perfect for them, and they couldn’t stop raving about it. The service was top-notch, and the ambiance created an unforgettable dining experience. The food was amazing! If you're ever in Las Vegas, this place is a must-visit!

Out of all the restaurants we tried in Vegas this was at the bottom of the list in terms of quality and taste, which was really disappointing bc I had high hopes for this place. For $85 I expect a great beef Wellington instead I was given a meh beef Wellington. The scallops were rather bland as well as the salmon. The best thing we had was the Mac and cheese. I would recommend carbone, Bavettes, and yellowtail before this one to anyone traveling to Vegas.
