I bet the burger place would have been better. Hells kitchen was... Overrated n over priced. Even if it was half the price, flavor was still meh. Got the 3 course meal with scallops, beef wellington, n toffee pudding cake thing. Everyone was going nuts over this, it was OK. Service was a little slow but the server was very nice. I can't justify recommending it unless you are a fan boy of the show.

I had onion soup, lobster risotto and a 3 way coconut dessert. Risotto was tasteless, so I had to ask for salt. The soup was OK but nothing special. Dessert was good but coconut croutons are way too hard. My kids had pre-fixe special with scallops, beef wellington with lobster tail and sticky toffee pudding. The mashed potato was very salty and had chunks of salt in it. Moreover, it was so thinly smudged on the plate that it was so cold. The veggies were raw, the lobster was very salty, beef wellington was good and dessert was great. We also got a Hells Mocktail which was very sour and didn't taste good. Overall, I was disappointed in the food quality for the price charged! The bill total was $375 for 3 of us and recommended 18% gratuity ($67). I couldn't justify that amount on top of the bill since the food wasn't that exceptional. The service was great but food inconsistency killed the experience! There are better quality restaurants for this amount of money. Maybe Gordon should revisit his Las Vegas Hells Kitchen and double check the quality...I don't think it is up to his standards anymore...

Considering this is Gordon Ramsay's most popular restaurant, my family and I went in with very high expectations. The service was mediocre at best. They must be on commission based on how fast they can get people out. I understand the popularity and demand due to chef Ramsey's popularity, but they also need to understand that for a high priced experience we shouldn't feel rushed. The ambiance was nice. I'm not a fan of show but it does resemble the set. The food overall was okay. Great ceaser salad, amazing sides but the entrees were underwhelming. The beef Wellington is literally a steak wrapped in a crossaint and to be fair as a steak lover a very poor dish in of itself. The short rib was okay and the chicken was decent. Nothing to write home about. The best thing at this restaurant and any chef Ramsey restaurant, are the sticky toffee pudding. Next time I'm just going for an espresso martini and dessert. Other than that, I won't be back... Not a chance in hell.

I am a vegas local and went to hells kitchen for first time to do a celebration for wife's Birthday and the place was very nice Great service throughout from checking in for reservations to time we left. Food was very tasty and tried beef wellington for first time and it was very tasty. My wife loved the place. The only thing was price could be little more reasonable but the great service and great food made it worth it Will go back sometime in near future since we live here and have friends and family visit often. Thanks to all at Hells Kitchen for a special birthday event for my wife. Sincerely Kenny

We had high expectations for this Gordon Ramsay restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience fell short on every level. While we don’t mind paying for a high-end meal—especially when the food is exceptional—this felt more like an assembly line than fine dining. The entire experience seemed rushed, with an obvious focus on turning over tables rather than creating a memorable meal. Our food arrived quickly but was lukewarm, the vegetables were undercooked, and the cocktails were overpriced for their quality. We’ve had incredible experiences at other Ramsay establishments, but this one was a disappointment from start to finish. In short save your money or go somewhere else
