Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas pulls themes from all of Gordon Ramsay’s ventures incorporating the Hell’s Kitchen show, his signature items, his fiery personality and his overall brand to deliver a unique new restaurant. In order to create the experience the outlet will focus on the famous Red and Blue kitchens, show experiences, and a prominent bar that begs you to join us for a drink.

The food and service was outstanding but the environment was too loud and felt cramped. It used to be a nice quiet place to enjoy a wonderful dinner but now it's full of everyone and their kids making way too much noise. Don't bother trying to dress nice they let in anyone with holes in their jeans and work clothes, etc.

For the name and price it was disappointing. From the hostess who greeted us when arrived on time for our reservation(15 minute grace period or the restaurant voids our reservation) and then chatted with her coworker and left us waiting for 15 minutes, to the cold food we were served, the restaurant does not live up to expectations. It was meh. During the initial wait the restaurant was slow with many open tables (Monday at 1 pm), none of the staff was motivated to get people in and seated. The manager spoke to us and asked us to further document the instance and we were comped dessert but it was not a good lunch experience.

One of the worst steaks ive ever bitten into. Got the dry aged new York strip and it was awful. Save your money and go elsewhere

Was super excited to go to Hell’s Kitchen after being a big fan of the show! Ambiance was great as well as service. I could not wait to order the famous beef Wellington and it was good but nothing extraordinary as I had expected.

I have been to Hell’s Kitchen twice in the last month. Both times I have felt that the service and food quality have declined. Both times I’ve had to flag down our server whenever I needed or wanted something. The food was not up to the same standards as previously.
