Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas pulls themes from all of Gordon Ramsay’s ventures incorporating the Hell’s Kitchen show, his signature items, his fiery personality and his overall brand to deliver a unique new restaurant. In order to create the experience the outlet will focus on the famous Red and Blue kitchens, show experiences, and a prominent bar that begs you to join us for a drink.

Amazing dining experience from beginning to end! Friendly and accommodating service throughout. Our favorite items were the foie gras, beef wellington, braised short rib, and the sticky toffee pudding. I was particularly impressed that some of the items such as the beef wellington and the sticky toffee pudding were distinctly superior here compared to where we had them before at the Pub & Grill. They weren't bad at the Pub & Grill, but were somewhat forgettable. I wasn't sure what the hype was regarding those items before but now I understand after having them at Hell's Kitchen. Would love to come back and will likely visit the Harrah's location near San Diego which is closer to home soon!

We ordered Lobster Risotto as an appetizer and it was very good, I got the NY Strip and my wife ordered the Short Rib and we shared the Mac n cheese as the side. My steak wasn’t anything special, not very tender which I understand the cut of meat but I’ve had a lot more tender strips before, shishitos were bland, sauce was ok. The Short Rib was delicious as well as the potato cake it was sitting on. The Mac n cheese was very good too. Steak wasn’t worth $80 or even half that, total bill was $260 with food and two cocktails.

First thing - we added $40 for kitchen view - we were far from seeing the kitchen or how the dishes were being prepared. Second and worst thing - I ordered the filet mignon dish, medium size, the meat was dry and inedible, I ended up eating another dish, which gave me stomach aches all night. We booked this restaurant two months in advance, we waited so long to eat there, I must say that it is light years away from the recommendations we received and the price does not match the quality we received at all!

This was a fantastic experience! I got the prix fixe menu the scallops were amazing, the Beef Wellington was to die for and the sticky toffee pudding was absolutely phenomenal! I also got oysters on the half shell, the minionette was absolutely delicious. I'm a big fan of the show, I was not disappointed. The service was also excellent!

Hell’s Kitchen was everything you expect and so much more. We were greeted and seated promptly and enjoyed the energy of helpful staff and excited customers. The servers were attentive, kind, and knowledgeable while the atmosphere exuded upscale elegance. Our dining experience was one to remember. The food was more delicious than words can describe. Without a doubt we will be back and will be recommending Hell’s Kitchen to anyone and everyone going to the Las Vegas strip.

My wife's Beef Wellington pairrd with scallops, three types of wine and sticky toffee pudding carried the meal. My New York Strip was decent (tough and a bit chewy)! My meal woulda been a 3, hers a 5! Great service and cool experience, but won't return!

You’re paying for the experience the food is mediocre average food you can get the same thing or better elsewhere. If you like the show and want to experience it certainly go - cool to see good service but it’s very pricey for what you’re getting
