    Both the NY and Filet were bland, a bit tough for a medium rare. The apps (waygu meatballs) and sides (cauliflower) were fantastic. The service was even better.

    The experience was very unique much different than just a regular restaurant, the food was outstanding. I had the beef Wellington my wife had the short rib we had brussels sprouts which were wonderful. The noise level in the restaurant occasionally went up to where we couldn’t have a conversation sometimes it went back down, but it was pretty loud. The acorn soup or squash. Soup was wonderful.

    Have been before it’s been about a year and wow has portion size changed need Wellington half the size food barely warm, had butternut squash soup and was Luke warm not sure it’s worth the value anymore will send Gordon Ramsey my feed back also

    Ordered the special for an appetizer, the octopus. Octopus is basically my favorite protein. It was very rubbery and hard to chew/eat. Worst cooked octopus I’ve ever had. My salmon was cooked nicely, remainder of the dish lacked seasoning. My wife’s short rib dish was good. For the price everything should be cooked perfectly and seasoned the same. Highly disappointed, will not return. Host was nice, waiter did a great job.

    Super good! However, if you've been to the Vegas location, it's waaaaaay different! Portions are smaller here but still AMAZING! If you're planning to share NOT a good idea. The Vegas location you can for sure!

    This was about our 5th time going. It’s always been so wonderful and amazing food . This time we had a reservation at 8pm and didn’t get sat down till 840 so that was a bit frustrating. Overall good experience as always.

    The atmosphere is definitely energetic and the food was delicious. I would rarely rate food perfect but in this pleasant restaurant it was. Anthony and Evan, our table servers, made the evening special with their amazing teamwork.

    Food was excellent The scallops were so soft and delicious, all the purees were super smooth and flavorful my wellington and filet were cooked to a perfect medium rare and were one of the most tenders steaks ive ever had. My favorite thing of the night was the showstopper dessert, the sticky toffee pudding. Service was also spectacular. The waiters and manager were all so attentive. I cant wait to go back

    Food was excellent including the vegetarian/vegan side and appetizer options, risottos, and Beef Wellington. Our Server was very friendly but service was initially slow (got better towards the end). We expected more of a white tablecloth experience in terms of the table, appearance of the staff, etc. but it’s in a casino hotel so it was more casual. We asked about a dress code as the website states business casual only to find the restaurant allows women in Daisy Duke cutoffs and men in t-shirts, sandles and baseball caps. Also the sous chef yelling “SERVICE!” over and over got to be a bit much. Lastly, the music was loud, so you have to speak up to hear each other. If you are seeking a casual experience with good food, this is a good choice. If you are seeking more upscale dining, choose another restaurant.

    You would think the service would be better than the average restaurant for the premium price you pay at Hell's Kitchen, but no the service was truly disappointing. Our server Anthony was non-attentive and not friendly at all. We had no utensils when the food came out, had to remind him about our cocktails and call on another waiter to ask for an extra plate. The water lady kept refilling our water even though our glasses were full which became really annoying. The food was great but not excellent. I can get better service at McDonald's and with a smile.
