Now Open! Hen Quarter Prime brings elevated southern cuisine to the waterfront in Southwest D.C. The dinner menu features southern classics like Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Shrimp & Grits while showcasing an amazing steak selection staring our Tomahawk Ribeye from Creekstone Farms. The star of Saturday and Sunday brunch is the GRANDE BRUNCH BUFFET with a showstopping chilled seafood bar, carving stations, charcuterie stations, bottomless mimosas, bloody mary bars & more! The ambience is beautiful, the view of the water is nice as well. However it took 20min for us to be greeted by a waiter and the food was mid at best. The lobster on the Seafood Diavolo , had a weird almost slimy texture

Venue is beautiful. Drinks are amazing. Old fashioners included in the unlimited option is top tier! Food was hit or miss. But still a great experience overall. I’ll be back!

Corey, our server, was attentive and provided excellent service. The ambience on the water and the high end decor gives this venue a luxurious feel.

Our server T was amazing, she provided alternatives and dedicated attention to us and her other tables. The food was delicious as well specifically the catfish and grits.

Service was horrible from beginning to end. They offer all you can eat crab legs on Fridays and they were not prepared. It was horrible.

Dinner date on a Friday night my food never came. My drinks and food never came. The manager said she was overwhelmed because they were not expecting their promotion to go viral. My husband ended up eating chicken wings and french fries and after 30 minutes of me not having any food or drink, we decided to leave and go to TGI Fridays.Horrible experience to say the least!

Bottomless crabs on fridays is awesome. The quality is great, the flow is slow. 2 hours and 6 legs for 2 people, not even a full cluster, questions the value. At the 2 hour mark we were asked to wrap up for the next set of reservations, completely understandable if service had a steady flow. Main menu: steak and fries were excellent. This came out immediately and was cooked perfectly.
