Hestia, named after the Greek goddess of the hearth, is a modern live-fire grill house. Dishes find inspiration from a custom 20-ft hearth which anchors the kitchen and dining room. Our menus offers an opportunity to explore and showcase techniques that highlight the role of fire in food. You may choose to order from our a la carte menu or experience our chef curated tasting menu.

We accept reservations 60 days in advance. For event inquiries, please visit our website.

This reservation is for our 12 course Tasting Menu priced at $195 per person. We offer an optional Wine Pairing at $150 per person. At this time we are unable to accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets.

Join us at Hestia to ring in the New Year! We will be offering a prefixe menu at $215 and wine pairings at $135 will be available. Please note, our a la carte menu will not be available. All checks will include a gratuity of 20%. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. Less than 24 hour notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietary restrictions. Call us at 512.333.0737 with any questions!

Excellent service and atmosphere with delicious and interesting cocktails. Some dishes were misses for us (salmon crudo, squash tart, cornbread caviar) but others were excellent (shave ice, beef tartare, crab tart, koji chocolate bar). We had a great time.

A Michelin star well-deserved. The best dining experience I’ve had in Austin. Every dish was unique, delicious, and cooked perfectly.

The service is amazing at Hestia! Everyone is so friendly and explains the dishes in depth so well. The scallops and halibut are absolutely delicious and tender and a must. We really liked the pork chop. We got the 12 oz ribeye and unfortunately felt like it was not worth the $115 price price tag. It was good but probably skippable. The grilled cucumbers were pretty salty and also skippable. The desserts were unique, delicious and beautifully plated. We would highly recommend the Koji Candy Bar.

Too salty… everyone raved about the sourdough ice cream but it tasted like pure salt to me. Started off very strong but then things started coming out way too slow. Drink took 30 minutes… one gap between 2 dishes was like 20 minutes. Oysters, scallops, potatoes, bread all great! Scallops were amazing and the potatoes were prob the best thing I’ve eaten in Austin but then halibut dish came and it was soooooooooo salty (again a customer favorite) and the mushroom dish was a fail in every aspect (they took it off the bill bc it was served cold) the mushrooms were so rubbery I couldn’t cut it with a steak knife and it was too salty. Service was good, waiter probably heard me saying it was taking too long and he brought out sourdough ice cream and the check promptly. I would like to go back and hope the saltiness was a fluke bc the table side martini was the best martini I’ve ever had.

I've been here many times with my friends and family. The halibut and bread service are always incredible.

Food and drinks were both fantastic! The crab tartlets and the bone marrow were our two favorite dishes of the evening.

Absolutely incredible meal. My boyfriend and I had the Wagyu tartare, scallops, oysters, 35 day aged wagyu steak, fingerling potatoes, and buñuelo for dessert. The service was great, very knowledgeable and fast. They were very accommodating of my seafood allergy and were able to swap out sauces containing fish ingredients and modify dishes to have the seafood portion on the side so there would be no cross contamination. I can’t wait to go back to enjoy their wonderful menu again!

The cocktails and the cornbread caviar were amazing. The appetizers and small bites were very good, but the main courses were a disappointment. The aged Wagyu sirloin was chewy and definitely not medium rare. The outside was like charcoal and the inside was very rare. The pork was flavorless and was half fat. The broccolini was tough and too salty.
