   Our meal at Hestia was one of the best we'd had in ages, and it is currently one of the best restaurants in Austin. Gabby, our server, was outstanding, as was the entire team they helped provide our food and drinks. The food was truly outstanding - unique takes on some standard dishes and some not-so-standard dishes. Drinks were perfect. Two of our table ordered martinis at slightly different levels of dirty, and they were so finely calibrated you could tell the two apart side by side. This level of care extended to every dish, drink and interaction we had with staff. The meal could not have been better, and we can't wait to go back.

   Tori was absolutely amazing and everyone who came and touched our table. the menu that the chefs provided for us was absolutely amazing and you can tell a story was written through the food. 20/10 will be back again. as for being apart of the emmer and rye company the hospitality provided that night for my husband and I was something that we will never forget, thank you for making our anniversary special :)

   After eagerly looking forward to a meal at hestia plus taking some out-of-town friends to Austin's Hestia, I'm bummed to say it didn't live up to the hype. And to speak candidly, I was VERY let down. The service was on point, but the food didn’t hit the mark. Every time we tried a new dish—five or six in total—we hoped for a better experience and each time let down more and more…The sourdough and wagyu were the only good items we had.. every other dish was overly salty and buttery, no flavor profile, cold in the middle. Stale as if each dish had been sitting out for a long time. Not impressed. Will never recommend moving forward.

   We loved every minute of our experience. The food was incredibly delicious and the service was fun and on point. Alexis, Tori, and Blair did a fabulous job as well as any other servers we interacted with. well taken care of and left with happy taste buds and bellies.

   Absolutely incredible experience. The service was so personal, you can tell that the staff enjoys being there. Food was incredible. Highly recommend, and will be back for sure.

   Lots of reviews mention Hestia being the "only place in Austin to wear a jacket"- and I suppose that could be true, but if you are one of the people who as a rule skip fine dining because of the dress code, you would be missing out on some exceptional food and thoughtful service. There is bar seating available- which is where we sat because we didn't have time for the tasting menu- and we had a delicious meal. While the by the glass wine selection is short, all of the choices are excellent. The somm has put together an interesting book of bottle choices (we just don't agree always on what to drink together) and the cocktails looked incredible. The food though! Everything well balanced and tasty- nothing overly fussy or ancillary to the point of the dish. Bravo. Alex at the bar was patient and kind in his explanation of the menu and was game to make an annoying change (my words not his) to a classic cocktail that added extra steps for him with grace. The staff clearly enjoy working there and that is always nice to see as it contributes to the vibe. Loved Hesria; we will absolutely return.

   Incredible service and food. Had a solo celebration and did the tasting menu and I highly recommend it. Pricey, but money well spent. Every course was delightful and service was top tier. Don’t recall my servers name, but he was wonderful! Thank you Hestia for making my celebration memorable!

   I absolutely love Hestia. Innovative food, great service, and overall good quality. The music though! 🤮 It’s loud, obnoxious, and no cohesion. Thank god I had head phones or would have really suffered. I don’t normally write reviews but this is a selfish one cus I dine here often and I’m Hoping someone there will read this.
